Android Market reaches the 200k app milestone

Little over over two months ago the Android Market surpassed 100,000 apps, and now according to AndroLib, the store has broken the 200,000 app benchmark. (Please not that this information is “estimated”) Google’s Android app store took almost two years to reach 100,000 apps, but just 63 days to double that number. 158 items sold per second by Amazon on “Cyber Monday”

Amazon has announced that on its peak day for 2010, November 29, customers ordered more than 13.7 million items worldwide.
