More than competitively priced, at £119, the Tesco Hudl Android device is aimed at the family market as an ‘Everyday Value’ option.
Available in an array of colours the tablet boasts a 7” display, a quad-core Rokchip 1.5GHz processor, stock Android 4.2.2 and a microSD slot for supplementing the 16GB of internal storage. Plus the battery life isn’t too shabby either at supposedly 9 hours on full charge.
Still too expensive? If you’re a ClubCard holder remember you can double the value of your vouchers, so £60 gets you a Tesco Hudl.

Nature has continually provided inspiration for modern design. And the new Mercedes-Benz ad is another creative example.
Featuring chickens the ad showcases its ‘Magic Body Control’ suspension system. As a reasonably minimalistic ad, Mercedes-Benz have done an excellent job at demonstrating what is undoubtedly a feat of technology. With a windshield-mounted camera the system effectively ‘reads’ the road surface. A computer then calculates when the front and rear wheels will hit any bumps and responds accordingly for a super smooth journey.
The Drum reported this week with a trusty infographic that 80% of Gen Y log on to social media daily – with 12% logging on while in the toilet.
Plus with 92% declaring no intention to stop their social media accounts it’s more important than ever for businesses to develop a well-thought-out social media strategy. When to post or tweet. The right tone of voice for the different platforms. Desirable, shareable content.
45% Gen Y are using social media to share information and links. There is a huge opportunity for ‘word of mouth’ marketing so if your business uses social media make every interaction a memorable one.
