Browser Media is looking for a bid management software solution that can help us work more efficiently as an agency.

We have, however, been unable to find an up to date review of the key solutions available today and have therefore decided to produce such a review ourselves.

The purpose of the review will be to present a summary of all the leading bid management software solutions and to provide a comprehensive matrix of the features on offer.

The review will be made freely available to all users and Browser Media will not accept any form of payment (commissions / bribes / etc.) from the bid management solution developers - the intention is to provide an entirely objective review.

Why are we undertaking this project?

We believe that there is a growing demand for a solution that offers real benefits when working with a quality score based ppc platform and believe that an impartial review from a search engine marketing agency will be of interest to the search engine community as a whole.

Crucially, we wish to explore how the bid management software solutions believe they can help improve ROI and to understand how they have embraced the quality score principle.

The aim of the review is not to decide which system is ‘best’ but to identify the strengths / merits of each solution to help potential buyers make informed decisions.

How are we going to produce the review?

We wish the review to be comprehensive and therefore invite any bid management solution vendors to contact us to notify us of interest. At this stage, we simply require an indication of interest in the review.

In early March, we propose to draft a questionnaire that should be completed by all vendors. We will circulate this draft and encourage feedback from all vendors prior to finalising the format. 

Where possible, we would like the opportunity to see demos of the solutions in order to ensure that we have accurately understood the capabilities of the software.

It is proposed that all bid management solution providers will be given the opportunity to review the summary for their software before the final review is completed.

It is hoped that the complete review will be available on this site by early April.
